Happy Thursday! Above is a little Fall inspiration , and I wanted to share my experience with Essie’s new line, GelCouture.
They claim it lasts up to 14 days, but I had my doubts. I work a lot with my hands. For example, the week I gave this try, I cleaned my house from top to bottom, baked brownies twice, and had Shaun’s family over for for a home cooked dinner; Most days I cooked at least two meals. I thought, two days tops, but no. The nail color lasted for seven days, but hey, I really put it to the test! If one did not do so much house work and cleaning, I am sure it could last well over a week. I am impressed. The color I tested was a lovely natural shade from their “atelier collection:” Sheer Fantasy. For fall, I bought the Spiked with Style, which is dark and moody but still easy to wear.
