I make protein pancakes every morning for the girls. I’m not a fan of sweet in the morning and so much batter has gone to waste. I find the protein batter does not save well. This recipe solved that problem! A savory and healthy breakfast for me and no waste! I did not use buttermilk, as the recipe calls for, but after making the girls pancakes added a squeeze of lemon to the batter to give it that zest.
I am seriously considering this classic coffee table which is normally impossible to find under a thousand dollar.
