Who would not love a quiet table for two, fireside? Like most of us, we are spending Sunday in so I created this romantic scene in my own living room for this coming Valentine’s Day!
It was very easy to create! I already had a small round table and used chairs from my dining room. The “tablecloth” is a scrap of fabric from the pillows I made for my living room sofa. All I needed was flowers and a wonderful dinner. I made the meal below for Shaun last week and it’s delicious and not hard to make at all.
Valentine’s Day Dinner Menu- I chose all Ina Garten recipes because they are easy to follow and never fail.
Filet of Beef Bourguignon - This French beef is elevated once you use filet. Served over a French bread with a beautiful crust makes a nice presentation.
Green Salad with the Ultimate French Vinaigrette - I love a simple salad with a heavy meal.
Chocolate Chunk Blondies - Best blondies on the planet. Serve with a scoop of your favorite vanilla ice cream.
