Thanksgiving Menu

Like many of you we are hosting a very small Thanksgiving but we are still going to enjoy all the traditional dishes. If you are still in the planning phase and looking for a few fabulous dishes that are going to work here are the recipes we are going to use. 

 Turkey recipe, stuffing, gravy recipe. It is for a turkey crown but we will be roasting the whole bird and adjust the roasting time according. I am also going to brine for a few day leading up to Thanksgiving.   

Going to try this mashed sweet Potato casserole this year.

Mashed Potatoes  Can not go wrong with an Ina recipe!! 

I find that a green bean casserole can be pretty heavy considering the other sides so her is a much lighter dish. 

I LOVE persimmons so this will be not only delicious but beautiful too.
