So.....I went into Target for formula and nighttime diapers and walked out with this striped top (can't have too many striped tees) and green utility vest, which are two great transitional pieces from Target's new line, A New Day. The line consists of wearable, practical, and stylish pieces that are perfect for a busy momma!
I styled the the boat neck tee and vest with these cute jeans from Banana Republic and ballet flats which I also got at Banana but are no longer available. Not to worry. I found these Nine West flats in the exact same pink! Sunnies are Karen Walker. I bought them at The Rack for 50 bucks (this was one of my most happy moments) which is not available online but I found these oversized tortoise shell glasses by Alexander McQueen that would give you the same look. These Diane von Furtenberg are also cute and under 50.
I am seriously loving Sonia Kashuk's Moisture Luxe Tinted Lip Balm. It's just enough color, yet super easy to apply, unlike lipsticks where you usually need a mirror. I am always looking for easy beauty products having zero time for application, and this is a keeper. I am wearing Hint of Berry 44 and looking to add Red 43 to my makeup drawer for fall.

The little white dress. It's crisp, clean and whispers summer much like a cool breeze on a warm day.
I have built quite the collection of whites dresses this year. A little nuts considering I have 6 month old twins. What can I say? I like to live dangerously. I love wearing a LWD with a neutral shoe and bag keeping the look soft. Unfortunately the one I am wear, above, is no longer available but found a few you will love below!
I hope everyone had a lovely weekend and a easy start to the week:)
Our weekend was pretty mellow. Friday we did one one my favorite things: a walk into town with Arthur, our dog, for dinner. Then Saturday a dinner for two at a new eatery, Turn Bar and Grill, in DT Los Altos. Good service and good food. We will be going back.
Unfortunately, my dad is in Germany on a business trip so we had to reschedule Father's day. Shaun golfed with his mom, and I had a day of running errands (I went to Target twice - who does that?) and a relaxing message. I have the absolute worst knot in my shoulder anyways... and this dress was perfect for my mellow Sunday, and it's under twenty-three bucks!!
Some pros:
It's lined
It has stripes
It's comfortable
It is very affordable
A cute, rope drawstring with tassels
It has stripes. Did I say that already?
Cons:
I would hang it to dry
Other then that can't think of any.
I wore it with my Tory gold sandals for a easy breezy look. Below I have added a few links for more affordable options as well as the Tory's.
Happy Monday!

Hello, Hello !!
It is a big week in my house! Round two of IVF!!! I start one of the injections this coming Friday and two more on Father's day. Hoping that is a good omen:) Excited and crazy nervous at the same time. I am praying this is the last time we have to do this, and this time next year we have a little Bagai!
This is a little number I wore to a summer luncheon last Sunday. The weather was perfect, the conversation was stimulating, and the food was delicious! Homemade Persian food..YUMMY!! They say every women should have anLBD in her closet…well, I feel we should add little white dress. This dress would look equally as cute with sandals or flats and perhaps a straw bag.
